Example: handover to external time recording systems
Description
With the IAP evaluation area LV position data For example, you can compile the position data of all ongoing construction sites of a site manager, export the data so that you can then use it for recording hours in external time recording systems.
Application
Start the program part IAP, choose the area LV position data and confirm with [Continue].
Make the following settings:
- Use the Course selection according to course status and select the entry only consider selected ones.
- Then select the course status BBto only consider construction sites under construction.
- Select the option only consider ordersto make the selection Construction manager unlock.
- Select the site manager you want from the list.
Confirm the setting with [Continue].
Remove 
The check mark for that Quick view and use the functions for editing the layout:
- Remove the columns like Calculation pricewhich are displayed by default but are not required for this evaluation.
- Move the columns in the order you want.
- For example, group the records by LV numberto hand over the items separately according to construction site.
If you save the layout, you can open the table in this layout the next time you evaluate it and save yourself having to select columns again, etc.
