Set up form management
Rights control
During the User administration Use detailed user rights to control the availability of functions and the visibility of data for the logged in user. The following user rights are available for form management:

Display system control
The print variants can be used by all users for the various printouts. Create, edit and edit print variants delete as well as the settings on the forms can only be made by users who have the user right Display system control are authorized to do so.
