Output team composition
Description
Save your team composition as a file or email it directly to the construction site.
Save as a file
You can save all or selected team compositions as a file. This file is then read into the mobile NK recording device.
Open the selection menu Save as a file and select the entry to save all recorded team compositions as a file.
To export selected teams, check 
In the directory tree, select the teams whose compilations you want to export and select the entry in the selection menu selected.
Select the storage location and confirm with [OK]. A separate file is created for each team.
Send as email
The team composition can be from BUSINESS sent out via email. The data is saved in a file that is attached to the email.
Open the selection menu 
and select the entry to send all recorded team compositions as e-mail. To export selected teams, check In the directory tree, select the teams whose compilations you want to export and select the entry in the selection menu selected.
Your default e-mail program will open. The e-mail address is preset under EmailAddresses has been stored as the recipient. The compilation is attached as a file. If necessary, add a text to the e-mail and click on Send.
Define break times
You can record wage and device hours in two ways:
- For one, you can choose the number of hours direkt enter, e.g. 8,5 hours.

To record break times, open the selection menu Break times. You can set three breaks for each working day (Monday to Saturday). Enter the start and end time of the break. With Tab switch from field to field while recording the break times.
Save your entries by clicking on 
in the menu.
Mobile device configuration
For quick and clear data entry on PDA mobile devices, you can configure which data fields you want to display on the mobile device. All fields are transferred by default.
To restrict the fields displayed, open the selection menu Mobile device configuration. All fields that you can exclude from the data export are listed.
In order not to transfer one or more fields to the mobile device, remove the checkmark by clicking the entry in the selection menu.
Execute the data export and read the data into the mobile device. These fields are now not displayed when collecting data on the mobile device.

Reminder construction report
For each construction site, the team leaders can Site reports capture. In the team administrator, you can specify that the team leaders receive a reminder when the data of their NK bookings are exported if not all construction site reports have been recorded.
Open the menu Team administrator the selection menu Options and put the entry Reminder construction report aktiv .
The team leaders can confirm the reminder message and still carry out the data export, e.g. if construction site reports are not required for all construction sites processed.
Suppress price display
In the column Price the capture table of BUSINESS MOBIL the purchase prices of the articles are displayed. If you do not want the employees on the construction site to see these prices and, if necessary, pass them on to customers, you can display the column Price suppress.
To suppress the column Price open the menu Team administrator the selection menu Options and put the entry Suppress price display aktiv .
