salutation
The control character [NEUEZEILE] is available in the letter salutation field. You can use the control character to create multiple lines of salutation, for example, to allow for multiple contact persons.
For example:

Privacy tab
On the tab Privacy you can store the following data protection-relevant information about the address:

In addition, the data subject has the right to object at any time. In these fields you can store the release or blocking for each means of communication. This data is used in the address search for the selection of the Addresses available to whom the advertising measures should be directed. |

| Address source | If the data is not collected from the data subject himself, but from other sources, the source from which the personal data originate and, if applicable, whether they originate from a publicly accessible source must be specified. By clicking  select a source from the list or alternatively type in a different name. |

| Remark | If necessary, enter additional information about the origin of the address. |

| AV contract concluded | By clicking you can specify whether you have concluded an agreement with the company or person for the processing of data on behalf (AV contract). |
Store bank details
On the tab Banks the account details can be stored for the address.
To save the data, the Bank names necessary. If you only have one Iban number available, this can be done in dialogue Look for a bank use. Simply enter the beginning of the IBAN number (without spaces). The results are displayed in a list according to the entry.
As soon as you select the bank, the relevant fields are filled. After the takeover of the bank, the Iban number only need to be completed.
