The following are available for basic project management settings Program parameters is available for storage, management and analysis.
Project numbering
In the program parameter Automatic project numbering scheme you can define several number ranges with different schemes for the automatic numbering of your projects.
LV numbering
In the program parameter Scheme for automatic LV numbering you can define several number ranges with different schemes for the automatic numbering of your course.
Hours per working day
In the program parameter Hours per working day define the value for new LV on the register Specifications in The Field Working time / day (h) is pre-assigned.
LV network lock
In the program parameter LV network lock you can lock LV that are edited by one user from all other users in the network.
Simultaneous editing of a LV by several users can lead to data loss! E.g. if processor A deletes an item for which processor B is currently entering quantities in a quantity statement.
Course search
In the program parameter Course search determine which search criterion is preset in the quick search of the project management.
Default work area
In the program parameter Default work area determine which work area for the Couching is pre-assigned by LV.
Default VAT procedure
In the program parameter Default VAT procedure specify the VAT procedure that when Couching is pre-assigned by LV.
Default VAT rate
In the program parameter Default VAT rate determine the tax rate when Couching is pre-assigned by LV if in Address manager No default tax rate is stored for the client.
