Assign address data

You can use multiple processing to enter information about several Addresses and contacts in one step. The basis for multiple processing is a search result (comfort or expert search) or a selection.

1. Open a search or selection with the ones to be edited Addresses and contacts.
2. Choose the menu Multiple processing / export.
   
   
3. Mark all Addresses and contacts you want to edit. If only your view Addresses contains for editing, you do not have to mark them.

   No selection = all displayed data is selected.

4. Click in the menu group Multiple machining on
   
   
5. The dialog opens Assign address data.
6. click on and select the areas you want to edit from the selection list.
   
   
7. Make the adjustments you want for your data set.
   
   
8. If you are performing the edit based on a search, you can choose whether to perform the search again after the multiple edit. The search result is then updated based on the multiple processing.
   
   
9. Confirm the adjustments with [OK].
