Graphics card settings for DATAflor CAD

To ensure a flawless and fluid display of the DATAflor To achieve CAD applications, it is advisable to use a for AutoCAD certified graphics card. An on-board graphics card (e.g. from Intel) is NOT recommended and can lead to an unsatisfactory display.

However, the CAD applications in the 3D settings of the graphics card be released. With PCs this usually happens automatically, with laptops a manual changeover is usually necessary. Otherwise the on-board graphics card may be used for the Green Studio 3D.

First, check which graphics card is from GREENXPERT, ETB-CAD, CADXPERT or LANDXPERT is used. To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Right-click in the free area on the desktop. Select the from the menu NVIDIA Control Panel .
   
2. Select the option from the list on the left of the screen Manage 3D settings .

4. Now click the button [Add].
5. In the window Add different programs are shown in a list. Left-click your program and then click the button [Add selected program].

7. In the window that opens, look for the program files that are required to start the DATAflor Product (e.g. ETB2020.EXE for ETB-CAD 2020 or GREE2019.exe for GREENXPERT 2019), select it and confirm the selection with [To open].
   
8. You get back to the window Searchin which your application appears in the list. You can use the program [Add selected program] take over.
9. The program then appears in the list: 1. Select the program that is to be customized.
   
10. Below this list is another list: 2. Select the preferred graphics processor for this program.
    
11. Open this list and select the NVIDIA high performance processor .
12. Then confirm your selection with the button [Take over].
13. close the window NVIDIA Control Panel.
14. Start the DATAflor CAD application again.

Repeat the step for Check the graphics settingsto see if the NVIDIA high performance processor has taken over.
