Description
The work plan describes the systematic acquisition of information about the course of a project and the mental anticipation of the necessary action in the project.
For this purpose, the project or the position are individual Work packages assigned. These assignments can subsequently be transferred to a project planning software (e.g. Microsoft Project) exportated and further processed.
