Toolbars in the Object Manager

Edit groups

By default, the Object Manager starts with both of them Basic-Tool boxes. Additional predefined toolboxes can be added using the arrow button on the right-hand side.

You can also add your own groups here.
The individual tool boxes can be customized. Click on the small arrow to open an overview of all available commands.

Features

Base 1

	Info: Opens the Info dialog. In this, all the settings for the properties of the objects such as labeling, graphics and documentation can be made for the currently selected level in the Mass tree to be hit.
	Back: Jumps to the last selected hierarchy level in Mass tree. The last 20 steps can be displayed in the context menu with the right mouse button.
	Next: Jumps to the previously selected hierarchy level in Mass tree. The steps previously carried out are displayed in the context menu with the right mouse button.
	New group: Creates a new folder in the Mass tree. Or press the button Insert.
	Derive contour: Connects the selected objects using contour tracing and inserts them as one object into the mass tree. (please refer Contours and objects)
	Choose object: Via object selection, you can add objects to the currently selected group by selecting them in the drawing. (please refer objects)
	Acquisition mode: Enlarges the representation of the groups and objects in the mass tree and thus enables easier recording of the objects using drag & drop.
	Mark objects in drawing: Highlights the selected item or items below the highlighted group on the screen. For many objects in the drawing, highlighting can cause delays while working with the Object Manager. If the option is deactivated, the speed can be increased significantly with large drawings.
	Objects zoom: Displays the selected item or items in the highlighted group on the screen. The zoom factor can be adjusted via the Options can be set.
	Theme Manager: Opens the Theme Manager, in which topics with labels, graphics and documentation settings can be defined.
	Color theme manager: Opens the Color theme manager, in which themes can be defined for various color settings.
	Options: With the help of Options various parameters can be set that apply to the entire drawing. The changes within a drawing only take effect if the calls for the individual options are actually required.
	Delete: Deletes the object from the mass tree. Deleted objects are not removed from the drawing. For contour lines (see Contours) this can optionally be switched on in the configuration (see Options). On the other hand, when deleting drawing objects that are in Object manager are recorded, they are also removed from the mass tree at the same time. A notice appears for this.

Base 2

	Generate legend: Generates a legend from the mass tree structure and the objects it contains and then inserts it into the drawing (see Create legend).
	Transfer to Excel: Transfers the mass tree structure to Microsoft Excel (if installed on the computer). It is important here which group is marked during the export (from this node the transfer takes place) and in which state the groups are (closed groups are transferred as a summary, with open groups the individual objects are also listed).
	Summarize the labeling: Creates a megalabel from several text labels (see Text tools - Combine text label to mega label).
	Detach labeling: Dissolves a megalabel into individual text labels (see Text tools - dissolve megalabel).
	Export mass tree: Exports mass trees to a selected directory or to a library in the Quick Manager (see Mass tree).
	Export as a KML file: Saves the mass tree as a KML file (see Export as a KML file).
	IFC: Opens the IFC dialogue for the selected hierarchy level.
	Layer structure: Opens the dialog Layer structure for the selected hierarchy level.
	Visibility Manager: Controls the visibility of the object properties (see Visibility Manager).
	Switch on graphics for this branch: Switches the graphics for this branch visible.
	Switch off graphics for this branch: Switches the graphics for this branch invisible.
	Switch on labeling for this branch: Switches the labeling for this branch visible.
	Deactivate labeling for this branch: Switches the labeling for this branch invisible.

Coupling / documentation

	DATAflor BUSINESS Item Link: Imports a specification of services DATAflor BUSINESS (please refer BUSINESS-Link).
	Update LV: Updates the quantities in the specification of services or in the offer and the LV structure in the drawing.
	Show pairing information: Opens the Coupling dialog for the selected hierarchy level.
	Update pairing automatically: Temporarily deactivates the synchronization of the coupling in order to speed up work in slow networks. The following symbol is then displayed:
	Extended GAEB import: Imports a GAEB-LV and automatically creates a position coupling DATAflor BUSINESS.
	Generate documentation: Generates the documentation for the objects in the selected subtree.
	Edit documentation: Opens the dialog for manual editing of the documentation of the selected object.
	Delete documentation: Deletes the documentation for the objects in the selected subtree.
	Generate quantity proof: Generates the quantity statement for the objects in the selected subtree.
	Print mass list: Prints the in DATAflor BUSINESS active quantity verification.
	Export mass list as REB file: Prints a REB compliant quantity certificate in data exchange format D11.
	assignment: Shows the LV and quantity statements assigned to the drawing.

Graphic cost estimation

	DATAflor BUSINESS compatibility mode: activates the compatibility mode the graphical cost estimate for the objects in the selected subtree.
	Graphic cost estimation: after activating the BUSINESS-Compatibility mode can be in dialog Graphic cost estimation Prices, time approaches and texts can be assigned.
	Transfer specification structure to DATAflor BUSINESS: transfers the selected subtree from the object manager DATAflor BUSINESS (Provided: DATAflor BUSINESS Is installed)
	Show Errors: The Show Errors checks the tree in the object manager for structural errors and displays them.
	Services: opens the catalog with the standard services. (Provided: DATAflor BUSINESS Is installed)
	Graphical cost estimate for Excel: opens the Excel export of the graphic cost estimate

	Attach an area as a screenshot to position : Creates an image from a selected area. This image is attached to the position. (Provided: DATAflor BUSINESS Is installed)
	Sent a screenshot of the position to DATAflor BUSINESS: Generates images of all positions in the selected subtree and transfers them to DATAflor BUSINESS. (Provided: DATAflor BUSINESS Is installed)
	Show pictures of the selected hierarchy: The pictures of the selected hierarchy are displayed in a separate dialog. (Provided: DATAflor BUSINESS Is installed)
