Edit attributes

Description

The plant attributes are created when a plant species is first inserted into the drawing or when the Plant Manager is opened for the first time web service queried.

There is one for this Internet connection required. If there is no connection to the Internet, the attributes queried again as soon as there is a connection.

The following plant attributes can be adjusted via the plant manager:

plant species Change or assign plant species. Plants without an assigned plant species will be in the node Without assignment sorted in the tree.
Number / m² Serves as the basis for that extensive use of plants.
No bloom If you choose this option, the plant will always displayed with their leaf color (e.g. with conifers, ferns, plants where the flower is not in the foreground).
Flower color Assign one to the plant RGB value for the flower color too. Either enter the appropriate value in numbers or click the color box to choose a color.

Flower color group Choose one of the 8 flower color groups. These are used, for example, for classification in the tree or for sorting the legend.
Heyday Indicate the flowering time of the plant. Only plants with a flowering period can be im Flowering calendar being represented.
Leaf color Assign one to the plant RGB value for the leaf color too. Either enter the appropriate value in numbers or click the color box to choose a color.
Leaf color group Choose one of the 6 leaf color groups. These are used, for example, to sort the legend.
lighting conditions Indicate which lighting conditions the plant needs. These are used for classification in the tree and for your own control of the planting plan.
Plants per graphic With this option you can display several plants of one kind (e.g. scattered plantings) with one symbol.

Changed attributes are not to DATAflor BUSINESS written back.

Application

  1. Right-click a plant (in the Standard or Drawing node).
  2. Select the entry in the context menu Edit attributes.
  3. The dialog for editing the attributes opens.
  4. Confirm your details with [OK]. With [Abort] the processing of the attributes is canceled.
  5. If you make changes to a plant in the Standard and want to transfer them to the drawing, right-click on the desired node in the Drawing area and select the entry in the context menu Apply adjustments to attributes. The attributes are retrieved.
