Simplify objects
Command: SIMPLE
Description
This command simplifies the course of a polyline or a spline and thereby reduces the number of support points. Thus, in many cases, the amount of data in the drawing can be significantly reduced.
Application
- After calling the command you will be asked to select the appropriate objects.
- You will then look for the maximum Deviation of the angle between two support points.
The bigger you get the Shop the greater the simplification and thus the deviation from the original polyline.
- When confirming the entry with Enter or the right mouse button changes are made. The original drawing elements are not deleted.
