Add elevation points
Description
This function allows elevation points to be added to a point set.
Application
- In the Quick DTM, mark the point set that is to be changed and call it with the right mouse button Add elevation points> From file, Derive from objects, Digitize or Digitize points from texts .
- After calling up the function, select the file, points or texts.
- The new elevation points then automatically become part of the point set as soon as the object selection has been confirmed. Dependent terrain model objects (eg triangulations) are updated.
Were the elevation points with the function Derive from objects Created from a different point set can be found on the selection in the field of Points specify whether these points should be deleted in the original point set. If this option is selected, the elevation points are removed from the point set and are only part of the current point set.
