What's new?

The innovations listed here apply to all of our AutoCAD-based products: GREENXPERT, LANDXPERT, CADXPERT and ETB-CAD. Some functions are license-dependent and are not available to all users.

• user interface - The new surface with the modern icons in flat design is easy on the eyes and supports the dark design.
  

• Object lines - Use pre-made object lines to graphically design objects in the drawing. Even more: Define individual patterns for your own object lines. Create these in different variations with colors and fillings. As soon as the drawing objects change, the inserted object lines are tracked. more on this subject
  

• Hatch generator - Create your own hatching patterns. Properties such as color and background color can be viewed in the preview window. Saved directly in the active palette of the Quick Manager, the objects can be used in the drawing by drag & drop. Using individual points of origin is possible in the high coordinate range. more on this subject
  

• Library elements in the cloud - The new graphics browser offers a clear display of the DATAflor Online library, BimObjects and Mtextures. With the help of the many search functions, you can quickly find the elements you want and drag and drop them directly into the drawing or place them on the active palette in the Quick Manager. more on this subject
  

• smart line - With this new function you create a coherent 3D object, which can consist of lines, arcs and splines without changing functions. more on this subject
  

• Scale bar - Additional editing functions for values ​​and labeling texts are available in the new operating dialog. In addition, the dimensions can be freely rotated and moved and your own format templates can be saved. more on this subject
  

• Height planning - This new type of slope planning takes place in a three-dimensional slope network, in which the dependencies of the points on each other and on the terrain connection can be determined. The dependencies are automatically taken into account during planning, and any resulting conflicts are displayed. The slope network edges can be transferred to the terrain model, for example to carry out volume calculations for heavy rain events.

• AutoTURN Online - The new interface for the drag curve calculation of the largest provider Transsoft Solutions Inc. offers free access to an extensive drag curve library and simulation. Transfer drawing objects to AutoTURN Online to create trailing curve simulations and import the trajectory and trailing curves you have created into your CAD drawing. more on this subject
  

• IFC export - The certified IFC import has been expanded to include an export function for all common CAD programs. BIM objects can be integrated into an IFC structure or transferred to a tender. more on this subject

• Profile display - When displaying profiles, overlapping of the labeling is automatically resolved. Colored lines also improve readability. more on this subject

• DXF export - With the DXF export, data from the Quick DTM can be transferred to the machine controls quickly and easily. With the help of a filter, edges, sets of edges and triangulations can be selected as open or closed polygons. more on this subject
  

The innovations listed here are available to users of GREENXPERT, LANDXPERT and ETB-CAD as well as users of CADXPERTthat work on the basis of an AutoCAD® version 2021 are available. The new AutoCAD 2021 offers more ease of use in daily drawing work.

• DWG comparison - New functions for displaying / hiding texts and hatching have been added.
  
• Xref comparison - Changes to XRef are displayed immediately and can be implemented without having to leave the current drawing.
• DWG history - The development of a drawing can be shown in a comprehensible way with the date, time and editor using this function. This function is only for CADXPERT- Available to customers with AutoCAD subscription.
• Trim / stretch - The use of the function is simplified: In the default mode, all potential boundaries are selected automatically so that only the objects to be trimmed or stretched can be selected and seen in the drawing preview.
• Break at point - The object is divided into two objects at the selected point.
• Fast measurement - The command shows the dimensions and angles of a geometry. Clicking in the geometry also shows the area and perimeter.
