More convenience in print management

Description

Numerous functions enable you to configure your print management so that the settings are precisely preset for each form.


Printer / tray selection

Never have to remember againwhich paper slot of the printer the business paper or white paper is in.

Just arrange in the Printer and slot assignment for each type of paper to the printer and paper tray in which the respective paper is located. Then simply select the type of paper in print management. The printer and paper chute are controlled automatically.


Print settings and print variant (print profile)

How nice it would beif it is preset for each output that several copies are to be output (e.g. e-mail to recipient and printout for storage)? Which printing variant is used? Or that white paper, not business paper, is used for the test print?

Grasp that Print settings (Copies, print / e-mail, printer selection) including the Print variant (letterhead) in Pressure profiles together. The stored settings are adopted by selecting a print profile in print management. You have three options to determine which print profile is preset in print management:

If no print profile is defined for the form for the client, the print profile is preset that is assigned to the business area of ​​the LV for the form.

FormConfiguration of the formsThe print profile 'E-Mail' should be preset for offers and the print profile 'Print' for invoices.
If no print profile is defined for the form for the business area either, the print profile is preset that is assigned to the form in the form manager.

With the Batch printing invoices should invoices be issued to invoice recipients who partially receive the invoice by e-mail and partially want to receive a printed copy?

Form settings (form profile)
