EFB sheet 223 (2010)
Description
The EFB 223 (2010) is the standardized form for the breakdown of important unit prices, taken from the federal procurement manual in the 2008 edition (as of May 2010).
The expression off BUSINESS takes place in the officially defined layout so that you can submit it with the offer.
Open the menu within the course editing Print and select the entry EFB 223 (2010).
The following print menu opens.
Print settings
Make the following settings:
Print
By clicking 
switch to the printouts Short calculation, Preliminary calculation, Original calculation, EFB sheet 221, 80% list and Requirement lists.
Preview
Each printout can be checked again before printing. The display of a preview is preset by the program. Deactivate if you do not want to see a preview for printing 
The option.
Document date
The program automatically pre-populates all date fields with the system date. This can be changed manually at any time. By clicking a calendar opens, making it easier to select dates.
output
By clicking choose whether you want to print the EFB sheet 223 or as a Fax or e-mail want to send.
printer
By clicking choose the printer you want to use for printing. Only printers installed under Windows are available for selection.
Advanced Settings...
If you want to print out several copies on different printers or on different paper, use the Advanced print settings .
Include in building file
Do you have a license for the DATAflor Construction file, you can save the EFB sheet 223 as a document.
Paper feed
If your printer offers several paper trays, select by clicking on the slot from which the paper is used for printing.
print from / to page
Here you can specify the pages to be printed out. If you would like to print the entire LV, do not make any changes in these fields.
Copies
If you need several copies of EFB sheet 223, please enter the required number here.
Settings tab
Make the specifications for completing EFB sheet 223. Select the relevant setting by setting the 
.
Bidder / Construction project / offer for
Specify which texts are used for the form header of the form. Select the entry free text, opens when you click on 
an editor in which you can enter the desired text.
The Date is the receipt date from the print settings (see above). The Award number please enter by hand after the printout.
Distribute price difference
Determine how price differences are distributed: weighted, on wages or on time. Price differences arise if you manually enter the calculation price calculated by the system in the field Einheitspreis modify.
Item selection tab
All positions of the course are listed.
Assign disposal costs
Are in the LV costs for the cost type disposal calculated, select by clicking on to which partial performance group (wages, substances or other) these are assigned on the form.
Print with values
Deactivate 
You have the option to print a blank EFB 223 as a blank form.
Position selection
To mark the items that you want to print out, insert in front of the item in the first column 
. The functions are also available for quick selection of the positions Select All 
and Cancel election 
is available for storage, management and analysis.
Print preview and printing
After you have entered all the necessary information for your printout, click on 
in the menu Print settings or alternatively use the key combination Ctrl + P.
Example expression:
Calculation of surcharges / discounts
Surcharges / discounts that are granted on the unit price of the item are weighted and distributed to the price components.
Surcharges / deductions that are given on the entire course are not taken into account.
