EFB sheet 221 (2016)
Description
The EFB 221 (2016) is the uniform form for calculating with predetermined surcharges, taken from the federal procurement manual in the 2008 edition (as of April 2016).
The expression off BUSINESS takes place in the officially defined layout so that you can submit it with the offer. If you wish to edit the values, please transfer the suggested values by hand or export the printout to a Word document.
Open the menu within the course editing Print and select the entry EFB 221 (2016).
The following print menu opens.
Print settings
Make the following settings:
Print
By clicking 
switch to the printouts Short calculation, Preliminary calculation, Original calculation, EFB sheet 223, 80% list and Requirement lists.
Preview
Each printout can be checked again before printing. The display of a preview is preset by the program. Deactivate if you do not want to see a preview for printing 
The option.
Document date
The program automatically pre-populates all date fields with the system date. This can be changed manually at any time. By clicking a calendar opens, making it easier to select dates.
output
By clicking choose whether you want to print the EFB sheet 221 or as a Fax or e-mail want to send.
printer
By clicking choose the printer you want to use for printing. Only printers installed under Windows are available for selection.
Advanced Settings...
If you want to print out several copies on different printers or on different paper, use the Advanced print settings .
Include in building file
Do you have a license for the DATAflor Construction file, you can save the EFB sheet 221 as a document.
Paper feed
If your printer offers several paper trays, select by clicking on the slot from which the paper is used for printing.
print from / to page
Here you can specify the pages to be printed out. If you would like to print the entire LV, do not make any changes in these fields.
Copies
If you need several copies of EFB sheet 221, please enter the required number here.
Settings tab
Make the specifications for completing EFB sheet 221. Select the relevant setting by setting the 
.
Bidder / Construction project / offer for
Specify which texts are used for the form header of the form. Select the entry free text, opens when you click on 
an editor in which you can enter the desired text.
The Date is the receipt date from the print settings (see above). The Award number please enter by hand after the printout.
Assign disposal costs
Are in the LV costs for the cost type disposal calculated, select by clicking on to which partial service group (wages, material costs, equipment, other costs or subcontractor services) these are assigned on the form.
Calculation procedure for deviations between the calculation price and the offer price
Differences between the calculation price and the offer price arise if you manually enter the calculation price calculated by the system for one or more items in the field Einheitspreis modify. Choose Whether the calculation wage, the total hours or the surcharges are to be adjusted on the form.
Procedure for surcharge calculation 2
For LV that use the calculation method Surcharge calculation 2, have been calculated, you can also decide in the print menu whether the surcharges for the overhead costs (lines 2.2 and 2.3) or the surcharges for the construction site overheads (line 2.1) are recalculated.

Do you have the costing procedure Surcharge calculation 1 selected, this selection is not applicable.
Print preview and printing
After you have entered all the necessary information for your printout, click on 
in the menu Print settings or alternatively use the key combination Ctrl + P.
Before opening the print preview or the printout, the dialog Print costs open. This supports you in determining the mean wage ML (line 1.1), the wage-related costs (line 1.2) and the ancillary wage costs (line 1.3) from the calculation wage of the LV and thus enables the EFB 221 to be completed in full.
- The amount for Calculated wage KL is the amount per hour calculated from part 3 of the form in the determination of the offer amount for line 1.4.
- Enter the percentage values for additional wage costs and ancillary wage costs that arise in your company and confirm with [Yes].
- The percentage fields for additional wage costs and ancillary wage costs are automatically preset with the values last used for the next printout.
- Close the dialog with [No] lines 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 remain empty in the printout and can be filled in manually.

Calculation method
Part 1: Information about the transfer wage
- The transfer fee (line 1.6) is calculated in part 3 of the form in the determination of the offer amount and transferred to line 1.6.
- The surcharge on the calculated wage in percent (line 1.5) is derived from the Calculation approach of the course and with this the surcharge is calculated in € per hour.
- The offset wage VL minus the surcharge on the calculation wage results in the calculation wage KL in line 1.4.
- A forward calculation based on the mean wage ML (line 1.1) is not possible because in BUSINESS Several different imputed wages are used in the extended preliminary calculation.
- Before opening the print preview or printing, the dialog Print costs open. Enter the percentage values for the additional wage costs and ancillary wage costs that arise in your company. The mean wage ML, the wage-related costs and the ancillary wage costs are calculated. The results can be printed in lines 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 and the EFB 221 can thus be completed in full.
Part 2: Surcharges on the individual costs of the partial services

Part 3: Determination of the bid amount
- The manufacturing costs of the partial services (without wages) are added to the surcharges and deducted from the total offer.
- The difference results in the share for the wages.
- This is divided by the construction site hours and this results in the offset wage (VL).

The values for Material and plants become material costs summarized. The surcharge for material costs determined from this can differ from the surcharges for material and plants that were specified in the calculation approach, if these are not identical.
The presentation and calculation of the values is based on the Number of construction site hours dependent. If there are no time estimates for one or more items, the transfer wage increases.
