Plant selection

Description

Put any selection of plants into one Plant selection together. Plant selections are available when preparing and calculating offers for transfer to LV. You can also store prices and discounts, quantities, dates and planting locations for the plants in a plant selection. You can print plant lists, price requests and orders for your plant selections.

To switch to the view of the plant selections, click in the menu Plant management on Selections.

On the left side of the screen, all plant selections that have already been made are displayed in the directory tree.

Create plant selection

To create a new plant selection, click in the menu New selection.

A new entry is added in the directory tree on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you can store the information about the plant selection.

designation
Assign a clear name to the plant selection.

Client and object description
If necessary, save the name of the client and the object description. This information is output on the plant list.

Sales and purchase discounts
Define a sales and purchase discount that is automatically pre-assigned when plants are added.

Summary
The summary of the header data shows you the number of items, number of plants, amount offered and purchase value.

Add plants

To add a plant to a plant selection, mark the plant selection in the directory tree and click on in the menu Add plant.

A new entry is added in the directory tree below the plant selection. On the right-hand side of the screen you enter the plant data and further information on quantities, dates and planting location.

To transfer the plant data from an existing catalog, click in the menu Search or alternatively use the key combination Ctrl + F. Plant search will be opened. Select the plant you want.

If available, the plant images of the plant will also be displayed. Select a favorite picture for the display by pressing the arrow keys. For each plant that has been taken over, the information is analogous to the Plant master data is available for storage, management and analysis.

You also enter the following information about the plant:

Planting place
Enter the planting location of the plant. The stored planting location is pre-assigned for the next added plant.

Date
Enter an appointment. The saved date is pre-assigned for the next plant added. The print output can be sorted by deadline.

Plant
The plant data can be stored here (if not filled by taking over from the plant search dialog). In the first line, the plant name is to be stored in the second, a possibly existing regional name and in the third line the quality.

If the plant data is only entered manually, there is no assignment to a catalog plant and the header data of the item with botanical name, plant species etc. are not defined. This requires limited sorting options for the print output (e.g. no meaningful sorting by plant type).

Supply quantity
Enter the supply quantity that is used for the printout of the plant list.

Order quantity
Enter the required order quantity here. This is used when printing price inquiries and ordering from the plant selection. Note: For example, save different offer and order quantities when you create a selection, for example if you B. only have to order a part of the plants of the plants offered on the plant list (own stock).

Sale and discount
Enter the sales price and the discount here. The data is printed when the Plant list .

Purchase and discount
Enter the purchase price here (e.g. after the supplier's price request response). And the Ek discount. These are used when printing “order”.

Print

You can save a defined plant selection as a Plant list, Price inquiry or Order list output.

To do this, mark the plant selection in the directory tree and click on in the menu .

The following print menu opens.

Settings

Make the following settings on the left side of the window:

Print
Select the desired expression: Plant list, Price inquiry or Order.

Min and
Select according to which criterion the plants are sorted on the printout: by product group, by name, by order of acquisition or by appointment.

Header text / footer text
The ones on the tabs Header text and Footer text entered texts are also output.

Document date
The program automatically pre-populates all date fields with the system date. This can be changed manually at any time. By clicking a calendar opens, making it easier to select dates.

Print with address
The client address stored for the plant selection is also printed out.

Print unit price
The unit prices of the plants are displayed on the plant list and the order.

Print matchcode
The plant match codes are also output.

Print pictures
The set plant image is printed for the plants.

Page preview

In the right part of the window you will see a preview window which shows any changes to the print settings immediately.

With the zoom functions change the view size of the preview to 1:1, Window width or Full Page.

For multi-page printouts, switch with the functions to the first, previous, next or last page.

Header text and footer text

On the right side of the print menu, you can click the tabs Header text and Footer text Enter individual text for the printout of the plant list, price inquiry and order.

On the right side of the print menu, you can click the tabs plants Deselect or add individual plants for the printout of the plant list, price inquiry and order.

The functions are also available for quick selection of plants Select All and Cancel election is available for storage, management and analysis.


After you have made all the necessary information for the printout, you can print it out on the right-hand side of the screen in the Page preview check. Start the printout by clicking on Print.

Close the print menu by clicking Close in the toolbar and return to the master data plant selections.
