Rights control
The User administration Use detailed user rights to control the availability of functions and the visibility of data for the logged in user. For the program part Post calculation the following user rights are available:

Record costing data
For users with the user right Record costing data When saving an NK posting, a dialog is displayed in which the defaults for financial allocation 1 and financial allocation 2 are displayed and can be changed by the user if necessary.
Administration of financial master data
With the recording of wage and device hours as well as material and plant deliveries, if a license is available Finance manager automatically entered the entries for financial allocation 1 and financial allocation 2, which are each defined as a default in the financial management. Deletion of the post costing data from the booking history
Recorded NK postings can be deleted individually or year-by-year from the post-calculation posting history. This function can only be carried out by users who have been authorized with this user right. The prerequisite for this is the user right Access post calculation.
Recorded material and plant delivery notes that are assigned to an incoming invoice cannot be changed by the user and can only be deleted by removing the split entry in the supplier invoice in the incoming invoice.
Manage teams
The compilation of teams in the team administrator for PDA and BUSINESS MOBILE can only be used by users with the user right Manage teams be performed.
Access booking import
Bookings from PDA, BUSINESS MOBILE and via the XML interface can only be used by users with user rights Access booking import import.
Access to employee reports
Only users who have been assigned this user right have access to sensitive employee data such as:
- the field Price on the tab Wage hours when recording wage hours
- the columns Price, amount and Wage type in the booking history and in the convenience search
- the costing evaluations Wage type statistics, Hours list, Employee time sheet and Time sheet
In addition, users with this user rights in the construction site monitoring in the column Is view the details of labor costs.
Access post calculation
User with the user right Access post calculation can change the program area Acquisition and evaluation to open. All users with access to this program area can record wage and equipment hours as well as material and plant deliveries.
Access post calculation evaluations
The post calculation evaluations (construction site and period evaluations) can only be carried out by users with user rights Access post calculation evaluations opened and printed. The prerequisite for this is the user right Access post calculation.
