Which Microsoft Office versions are supported?

DATAflor BUSINESS offers various options for transferring data to Microsoft Office. Amongst other things:

• Transfer of addresses and contacts to Outlook.
• Sending emails with Outlook
• Submission of resubmissions of the construction file to Outlook.
• Transfer of data fields to Word templates (DOCProperties)
• Transfer of address selections to Word for form letters.
• Transfer of addresses and contacts to Word for letters.

Please note:

• Office versions from 2007 onwards are supported by the program.
• Microsoft has discontinued support and maintenance of Office versions prior to 2020 for 2016. This can result in security gaps in your IT system.
• The complete installation of Office 365 is made possible by the automatic interfaces of BUSINESS also supported. When installing as an app, there are restrictions in the use of Office 365.
• Microsoft recommends installing the Office 32-bit version on 64-bit computers as well.
