Data Transfer
Description
For setting up DATAflor BUSINESS it is possible to take over some data from previous systems. The following functions are available for this, which enable the import in certain data formats. If necessary, the source data must be prepared and converted for the relevant formats.
Addresses
An import is available for importing address data including customers and suppliers .csv or .txt format including duplicate comparison available. A detailed description of the transfer of address data can be found in the article Data import.
Material
For the import of material master data there is a DATANORM 5 interface and .csv interface is available for storage, management and analysis.
If you receive EXCEL files from your suppliers or from the previous system, you can save and import them as .csv files or convert them into a Datanorm5 file using a conversion program and then import them.

Specifications
Specifications can be in DATAflor BUSINESS by means of the GAEB interface can be read. In DATAflor BUSINESS create a standard catalog with which you can prepare your course creation centrally.
Create a sample LV from all important texts in your previous system and export it as:
- GAEB cost estimate (DA82). In this exchange phase, the unit price is also transferred.
You can choose to import the GAEB90 format (* .d82) or the XML format (* .x82).
If your performance texts are available in Excel or Word, you have the option of converting them into a GAEB file using a suitable program.
