Schedule list


The time schedule list prints the precalculated times for each item and calculates the total time for each item and the course.


Within the LV processing open the menu To press and select the entry Schedule list.

Print settings

Make the following settings:

Each printout can be checked again before printing. The display of a preview is preset by the program. If you do not want to see a preview, deactivate it The option.

Document no.
In order to enable an exact differentiation between this and other copies in case of later queries, you can assign a document number here. Apply the next free number in the number range by clicking on or enter a document number manually.

Document date
The program automatically pre-populates all date fields with the system date. This can be changed manually at any time. By clicking a calendar opens, making it easier to select dates.

Operator sign
The operator symbol should be an abbreviation from the name of the employee who is responsible for this LV. This can be, for example, the first two letters of the surname or the initials of the employee. The program enters the operator code of the logged on user here, which is saved in Address manager was stored in the user data.

Contact Person

Paper feed

Print long text
Deactivate The option to print only the first line of the short text of the items as a short list on the list.

Select all positions
Deactivate The option to create your own position selection. To select the position that you want to include in the list, insert the position in front of the first column .

Working time / day (h)
Based on the set working hours per day in hours, the number of working days required is calculated from the total time in hours on the list.

Factor on wage minutes
You can use the calculated time approaches to calculate a factor for creating the time advance list.

Percent amount
You can adjust the item quantities as a percentage for creating the time specification list.

Factor SF / SFE
For SF and SFE positions, you can select a fixed factor or use the factor that is set for the position.

Print preview and printing

After you have made all the necessary settings for your printout, click on in the menu Print settings or alternatively use the key combination Ctrl + P.
