Arrange payment in installments

With the exception of partial invoices and credits, you can add a installment payment arrange.

Select in print management for Invoice / credit the terms of payment installment payment. If installments have already been defined, the number is displayed. Becomes displayed, the invoice amount is fully divided. To view and edit the installment agreement, click on .


The installment agreement opens.

Feld	Description
due immediately	In the first line you can specify that part of the invoice amount is due immediately.
Apportionment method	By clicking choose how the remaining invoice amount will be divided into installments. You have three options: - Number of installments = You determine the number of installments. The amounts of the installments are determined automatically. - Installment amount = You determine the amount of an installment. The number of installments is determined automatically. - manually = You determine the number of installments and amounts individually.
Subdivision remainder / remaining amount	If the automatic calculation of the installments results in a remainder or a remaining amount, choose whether this is to be taken into account with the first or the last installment.
1st installment due on	For the automatic calculation of the installments, select the due date of the first installments.
Rate difference / months	For the automatic calculation of the installments, select the installment interval in months.
Rate table	The rates are listed in a table. You can customize the designation of the individual installments and the due dates.

By clicking conclude the installment agreement.
