Quantity lines

Description

After you have entered a Quantity statement created the tab is in item processing Mass list on which you can record the exported quantities from your measurements.

The amounts are calculated using formulas that are stored in the program and depending on the format and BUSINESSLicense are available. The calculation values ​​and the results are on the tab Mass list shown in table form in quantity lines.

If an item is marked in the item tree, all quantity lines that were recorded for this item are displayed.


Is the entry positions all positions of the course are shown. The position to which the quantity line is assigned is shown in the first column.


Create quantity line

Do you click in the menu Mass list on or press the key +to append a new quantity line. Alternatively click on to insert another quantity line in front of the marked quantity line.


Go through the quantity line with Enter or Tab and make the following entries:

Item no. Is the entry in the position tree positions is marked and you create a new quantity line, you must assign each quantity line to an item. Address The reference address is automatically assigned in accordance with the format and the start number that you provided with Create quantity statement have set.

It is also possible to insert quantity statement lines before the first quantity statement line of an item. The reference address is counted backwards. The maximum number of the number to be inserted is therefore limited until an existing quantity statement line appears with the corresponding number.

For example: Quantity statement lines for position 02 before the first reference address 000060 are inserted in the order 000059, 000058,… 000051. The next reference address is already assigned in position 01 with the value 000050, so that a maximum of 02 lines are inserted before the first quantity statement line in position 9 can be.
Change the Start number of the reference address manual of the first quantity statement line of an item so that more lines can be inserted later. Please note in particular that the first line of the quantity statement of a quantity statement starts with the index 0000000 (REB analogous to 00000A0).


Take over position

Is the entry in the position tree positions is marked and you create a new quantity line, you must assign each quantity line to an item. If a position is marked in the position tree, the new quantity line is automatically assigned to this position.

Reference number

Reference labels are used to classify and differentiate between quantity lines. Different reference indicators are available for the different formats that can be set for a quantity certificate.

Open in the new quantity line in the column KE a list of all reference identifiers that are available in the set format by clicking on .


The following reference codes are possible in the various formats:

P(Item total)
Available in REB 23.003 and REB 23.003 (2009).
In DATAflor and REB 23.004 can be used via the formula 061. The formula 061 is in its own formula line and does not require any further information.
E(Result)
Available in REB 23.003.
In DATAflor, REB 23.003 (2009) and REB 23.004, all quantity lines can be referenced.

Apply formula

In order to record quantities, you first determine which Formula is used for the calculation.

... You open an overview with all the formulas that are available to you for the set format and accept the desired formula. To do this, click in the menu Mass list on or press Ctrl + F.


The dialogue Formula help will be opened. Mark the desired formula by clicking on it or using the arrow keys and confirm your selection with [Take over] or Enter.


Accept reference

For each value of a formula, an auxiliary value, result, subtotal or item total of this quantity statement can be selected and transferred to the quantity line as a reference.

Highlight in the new quantity line select the cell in which you want to transfer a value from another quantity line and click in the menu Mass list on or highlight the cell and press Ctrl + F.


The dialogue References will be opened. Choose the one you want Reference number , mark the position by clicking or using the arrow keys and confirm your selection with [Take over] or Enter.


The reference is shown with your reference address in vertical lines.


Reference tracking

The function Reference tracking gives you an overview of the quantity lines in which reference is made to the value of the marked quantity line.

Select the quantity line that is being referenced and click in the menu Mass list on the entry Reference tracking.


The dialogue Reference tracking will be opened. All the quantity lines that are related to the selected quantity line are displayed.


Like position

In proof of quantities in Format DATAflor is in the formula 091 the function Like position to disposal. The total amount of the selected item is included in the formula.

Wear in the field Calculation approach the value like Pos (position number) = and confirm with Enter.


Graphical representation

Below the position tree you can see a graphic representation of the formula of the marked quantity line.


On the tab Geometrie the formula used is shown with the values ​​entered. Here you have the option of checking the recorded formula (area) for plausibility. This is particularly useful if you are working with formula 22 (Gauss-Elling surface). In this way you can easily check the correctness of the entered coordinates.


Quantity comparison

In the lower part of the tab Mass list the quantities recorded for the item are compared with the order quantity.

In the bar chart on the right-hand side, the color display of the recorded quantities shows immediately whether the ordered quantity has been reached or whether too much has been billed. The bar in the diagram is shown in red if the order quantity has not yet been reached or has been exceeded by more than 10%.


Copy the quantity line

Mark the quantity line or with Ctrl or Shift several quantity lines and click in the menu Mass list on . The marked quantity lines are copied to the buffer.


Then mark the position in the position tree in which you want to insert the quantity lines, open the tab Mass list and click in the menu Mass list on .


The quantity lines from the buffer are appended for the marked position.


Delete quantity line

Mark the quantity line or with Ctrl or Shift several quantity lines and click in the menu Mass list on .


When deleting a quantity line that is referenced in other formulas, you are first asked whether all references should be replaced with the value.


If you do not want to replace all references with the value, choose [No]. Reference tracking to the quantity line opens. Here you can choose for each quantity line whether you want the reference delete or with the value replace want. To do this, open the selection menu at the beginning of the line and select the desired function.


Confirm your entries with [OK].


Sort the view

The quantity lines can be found in the table Reference address or Position number be sorted.


Incorrect quantity lines

Quantity lines for which no result can be calculated are marked in red as incorrect. If there are incorrect quantity lines for the quantity verification, the menu Mass list and and based on the marked quantity line the previous or next incorrect quantity line can be selected.


Show / hide formula lines

About and in the menu Mass list can use the subordinate lines all multi-line formulas in the advertising Ein- or hidden .


Show other quantity statement

The processing of the quantity lines takes place for the quantity proof that is active (green) in the project management. The recorded quantities of inactive (gray) quantity certificates can only be viewed, not edited. Select in the field Mass list the desired quantity certificate.


Derive quantity lines from the item quantity

The function is available for quickly creating a quantity certificate Edit quantities available within position processing. You can use this to automatically transfer the item quantity to the quantity record for all or selected items (e.g. plants). A quantity line with a free formula (91) is created for the selected items and the quantity is entered.


Quantity line from delivery note

When capturing Material delivery notes and Plant delivery notes in the post calculation you can activate the option Billing according to the delivered quantities automatically create a quantity line for the selected position in the active quantity list of the LV. To automatically preset this option for certain positions in the entry mask, activate for position in the menu Mass list the button According to quantities supplied.
