Welcome to the innovations of DATAflor BUSINESS Version 2021.
In the following we have briefly and compactly listed the program changes and additions for you. The detailed functionality is described in the individual chapters of the program help. The innovations listed here refer to the entire program. Some functions are license-dependent and are not available to all users.

prints

  • The new print management
    • ... is a completely new development of the part of the program for printing offers, order confirmations, all types of invoices including batch printing and credit notes.
    • We have the highlights and important settings in Film put together for you.

    • The above printouts use the print variants of the new form group Print out business transactions (Fast), no longer the print variants of the form group 'Print business transactions (Crystal)'. When upgrading from BUSINESS 2020 on BUSINESS In 2021, your existing print versions of the form group 'Print out business transactions (Crystal)' will be automatically converted and will therefore continue to be available to you for printouts as usual.

    • The selection of available printers has been changed. Only the printers that are stored in the form manager are available for selection. After upgrading from BUSINESS 2020 on BUSINESS In 2021, this will initially only be the standard printer set in your Windows operating system on network workstations. In single workstation installations, all printers installed in Windows are automatically created. If you want to use other printers, define them in the form manager before using them for the first time Printer and slot assignment. In connection with this, you then have additional options for individual pre-assignment of the printer.

    • The new print management extends the output of the above printouts by the following functions:

        • Possibility to deposit form and print profiles at the client's addresses
          ((e.g. customer X always receives the offer in duplicate by post)
        • Possibility to deposit form and print profiles in the business areas
          (e.g. for the business area Care always the pressure profile Company B pre-fill with stored letterhead)
        • Possibility of storing form and print profiles on the individual printouts

Post calculation

  • Construction site result - Additional method for calculating the result
    • For the post calculation evaluation Construction site result stands for LV that uses the calculation method Surcharge calculation 1 have been calculated, a further method for calculating results is available, analogous to construction site monitoring. Construction file

  • Encryption of the construction file

Finance

  • Finance manager
    • For your evaluations of the outgoing invoices issued on the tab Invoices The following new columns are available with the information on the payment conditions granted: Discount1 date, discount1 rate, discount2 date, discount2 rate, payment condition.

interface

  • New technology for data selection and processing for wage interfaces
    • Before each transfer, an overview of the data to be transferred is displayed.
    • The dates can be selected on a monthly basis or according to an individual period.
    • For each data record, it is saved whether it has already been output. It is thus possible to restrict the selection of the data records to be transferred so that only data that have not yet been transferred are output. = It is possible to transfer wage data several times per month without duplicating data that has already been transferred.
    • The archive logs when the data was output.
    • The data shown in the overview can be printed out as a list.
    • The new technology stands for the new wage interfaces Say HR Suite, Addison wages and DATEV LODAS is available for storage, management and analysis.
  • New wage interfaces
    • Say HR Suite - New output format for the new product line from Sage. An upgrade license is required for those switching from Sage or Exact.

Planned costs
