Individual evaluation program IAP

With the Iindividual Aevaluationprogramme (IAP) set your BUSINESS-Data in individual reports and evaluations together. For example, you can determine order totals according to postcode regions or display sales with suppliers for each item. To do this, you can use standardized presets and queries as well as define your own presets and queries and save them for reuse.

The following evaluation areas are available:

• Course basic data
• LV position data
• Billing review (invoices / payments / orders)
• LV pre-calculation
• LV recalculation
• Supplier invoices - LV-related
• Supplier invoices - supplier-related
• Audit of construction site sums
• Construction site totals financial management
• Device master data

• Load extensions

You can then save the data compilations as XLS, CSV, HTML- or export a TXT file to further process the data in an external program or to print it on paper or as a PDF file.

To the program area IAP to start, open the menu BUSINESS and click on .


The selection dialog for the IAP evaluation areas opens.


Mark the desired evaluation area and confirm with [Continue].
