Create product group
Description
Within a material catalog, material groups are used to logically combine articles. Several levels of product groups can be created for each catalog.
Application
To create a new product group, select the catalog or the product group to which you want to add the product group in the directory tree. Then click in the menu 
or open the context menu with the right mouse button and select the entry New…
The following selection opens. Select the entry new product group and confirm with [OK].
A new product group is created in the directory tree. On the right-hand side of the screen, you store the information on the product group. Some information is preset according to the catalog settings. The settings stored for the product group are "passed on" to the next level (additional product group or article).
Within the DATANORM procedure, product groups are assigned their own files (FILENAME.WGR) and must be read in separately.
