Access rights per user
Description
For some modules of the DATAflor BUSINESS Software it is necessary to determine the access rights depending on the person. For the following products, you can specify which users should have access to the program functions:
- Construction site manager
- DATAflor Construction file
- Finance manager
- HR manager
- Planned costs
- Team Leader Mobile NK Recording (BUSINESS MOBILE)
Application
In the address manager you specify which users have access to the program areas.
In the address manager, open the tab for the employee's address Details > User the selection access rights via the green plus symbol and activate the desired program area.
If the number of licenses for a program area has been used up, it will not be available for selection.
