Description

Grips are the blue dots that are displayed after selecting an object. Depending on the object type, a different number of handles are visible with which the object can be scaled, rotated, stretched, moved or mirrored.

If, for example, a rectangle is activated, the width can be changed with the handles on the right-hand side and the length with the handles on the underside. A selected handle is shown in red in the drawing.

The length and width of the object can be displayed when the mouse pointer is positioned on a handle.
